January was an easy day for trail day as the drinking parties have ceased for the season. we were still able to collect a dump truck worth of garbage from our trails .With the Help of Get Out STaten Island , Hiking meetup group and our other volunteers we keep this park jhealthy , clean and safe for all user groups .
Join us Saturday February 1st for our monthly ride and trail work at Wolfes Pond Park.. Trail ride begins after trail work is complete, from the parking lot by the office trailhead. This month we will continue to clean and assess work to be completed in the upcoming spring months . Rain or shine so come for the ride(s) and or the trail work and help make a difference.
